Yes. You can sign up and generate up to 20 SOAP notes for free. No credit card is required to get started.
Both options include the same features; yearly billing simply costs less. Paying annually saves up to 43% versus monthly — for example, Lite is $200/year instead of $29/month, and Standard is $600/year instead of $69/month. Choose monthly for flexibility, or yearly for the biggest discount.
Pay-as-you-go credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription. The Ultra Pack is $59 for 5 audio notes plus 100 text notes, and the Jumbo Pack covers up to 1,000 notes in one shared pool you can spend on any mix of audio and text. Credit packs are valid for one year. If you record regularly, the $29/month Lite plan is usually the better value.
Yes. Every SOAPNoteAI plan is HIPAA-compliant, with data encrypted in transit and at rest and audio automatically deleted after processing. We offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to customers who qualify as covered entities under HIPAA — contact us to request one.
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel, and you can update or cancel your subscription from your account at any time. If you cancel, you keep access and can create your remaining notes through the end of your current billing cycle. Subscription payments are non-refundable per our Terms of Service.
